We’ve put together over 400 answers to your most common questions about our policies, claims, and what is and what’s not covered. Search our database to see if you can find the answer to your questions.

Ask our Helpbot

You can access help on demand from the right hand corner of your screen. Click the Help icon (it’s an orange lifebuoy.) From here, click the Answers icon (it’s a magnifying glass), and ask away! Simply type your question to reveal answers, or related answers.

Not getting what you want?

Each week we publish over 2o new answers to our FAQ site and Helpbot. While we work on covering everything one could possibly want to know about Australian travel insurance, we might not have the exact answer you’re looking for – yet. So in the meantime, you can always email us direct from the Help icon at the right hand corner of your screen.

Click the Ask icon (it’s a speech bubble) and type your question. If we’re online – during business hours – you’ll hear from us pretty much straight away. And if it’s after business hours, your enquiry will come through to our customer care team as an email. We’ll get back to you as quick as we can.
